Smelter Operation Readiness - Chief Account Receivables

Minimum Education & Experience 

S1(bachelor) in Majoring Management/Accounting. Has deep knowledge in internal control function and related regulation with Companys business such as FCPA, government and tax regulation and has minimum at least 5-7 years experiences in finance and accounting of a multinational company or a managerial position as an internal/external auditor with a proven managerial skills and work experience in the international public accounting firm. 

Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters) 

1. Fluent in English and Bahasa. 

2. Good computer skills Good communication skills 

3. Has strong cognitive thinking to be able to solve problems. 

4. Has good managerial and organizational skill to lead the section. 

5. Has good interpersonal skill to be able to deal with banks and other external parties. 

6. Strong motivation and independent creativity in approach to solving any task given. 

7. Experiences with SAP Financial system Good knowledge of PSAK and IFRS 

Other standard and mandatory competencies.

Smelter Operation Readiness - Chief Account Payable Reporting

Minimum Education & Experience 

1. S-1(bachelor) in Majoring Accounting. Has deep knowledge in internal control function and related regulation with Company's business such as FCPA, government and tax regulation. 
2. Has minimum at least 3-5 years experiences in finance and accounting of a multinational company or a managerial position as an internal/external auditor with a proven managerial skills and work experience in the international public accounting firm. 

Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters) 

1. Fluent in English and Bahasa. 
2. Good computer skills 
3. Good communication skills 
4. Has strong cognitive thinking to be able to solve problems. 
5. Strong motivation and independent creativity in approach to solving any task given. 
6. Experiences with SAP Financial system 
7. Understand accounting process system such as G/L, A/P and A/R Other standard and mandatory competencies.

Smelter Operation Readiness - Chief Accountant Financial Operation

Minimum Education & Experience 

1. S-1(bachelor) in Majoring Accounting. 
2. Has deep knowledge in internal control function and related regulation with Companys business such as FCPA, government and tax regulation 
3. And has minimum at least 5-7 years experiences in finance and accounting of a multinational company or a managerial position as an internal/external auditor with a proven managerial skills and work experience in the international public accounting firm.
